Just eat right.: Unless you have an identified deficiency of either of those vitamins you do not need to take them. Just eat a regular diet. I am not sure that one product is better than the other on a mg per mg basis.

B Vitamins: B vitamins are water soluble and get absorbed quickly. Vit B12 might have problems being absorbed from the stomach if you have a history of gastritis and uclers, because they can destroy intrinsic factor which the stomach needs to absorb b12. If you have an ulcer history, use sublingual B12 (under the tongue) 1000mcg(1mg) daily is a good dose, and 50mg perday is a good dose for b6.
