This Hurts U &Ur Kid: U've got big case of the what if's (anxiety)! i'd predict that urs r always about something bad happening. U're on alert as primitive parts of your brain really believe that all these bad things will happen- just like young kids really come 2 believe things like monsters rin their room. Most people don't live in state of constant anxiety/alert.Get help. U can shake the what-if's 4 u/ur kid's good!

Panicking: It is normal to be concerned about what is going on with our children. However, if you panic often, that may be needless suffering. Have you considered Cognitive behavioral therapy to reduce your anxiety?
