Let me explain: H having the ANA high and sed rate high, this could happen in many diseases, being young i would consider jra, but jra usually the joints will swollen and stiff and involve more than few joints. Dose the patient have any other symptoms? Is he healthy otherwise? Dose patient have a recent vaccinations? Let me know. Good luck.
