May be connected!: Good morning, i can understand the reason for the worry about the positive ANA and high ESR following hsp, which represents an immune-mediated vasculitis, which is an inflammation triggered by an antigen such as a virus infection. The presence of ANA and high ESR shows continued hyperactivity of immune system. As an immunologist, i recommend a follow-up by a rheumatologist to keep an eye on ana.
