Depends on situation: Breast milk is the one designed for your baby & one he will never be allergic to.If you can breast feed it would be the best method. If you have access to a stable & safe water supply to mix the formula , it is an adequate substitute. If there is any problems assuring water quality the breast becomes the main safe method of feeding.
