Yes: Both will help reduce chronic stress levels which can lower your threshold for reacting to anger. However, recognizing that anger is a destructive emotion and accepting that it not beneficial for anything helps you agree to let go of it. When you find yourself angry, give yourself at least 10 min before reacting. Anger floods you with cortisol preventing you from thinking as clearly as possible.
