How to deal with people with extra anger?

Difficult: Be fair. It is usually best not to shout back. In a family situation, a good pastor or friend may help resolve underlying problems, but people are often not reasonable. Study them carefully and try not to trigger them. In a work situation, many countries will require an employer to protect you from an unfair hostile work situation. Document each outburst. Verbal abuse is abuse & often illegal.

DEPRESSION: Get an evaluation from a psychiatrist to help identify what depression/anger/anxiety, etc., means to you and whatever else may be bothering you. Consider recommendations for medication if any are given. Get a referral for a reputable psychotherapist to speak with. Meds and therapy combined are most optimal; no just one or the other.
