IBS: Your age suggests intestinal dysfunction and irritable bowel syndrome. The oily stools suggest suboptimal ability to digest fats & an inherited enzyme (fat digesting) deficiency. Perhaps you have gluten intolerance (celiac disorder), and you should see a gastroenterologist.
