UTI in men: This is a very good question. You have an infection. It may be in the bladder, the prostate, or in the tubing in your scrotum or all of the above. It is common to get prostatitis or epidydimitis in men. It is less common to get a routine bladder infection. You need to be seen soon by your medical provider and to get on antibiotics soon.

Epididymitis: You may have a bacterial infection of your epididymis. This could be confirmed with ultrasound. Additionally the cloudy urine could signify a bladder infection. This could be confirmed with urinalysis. Both infections would be treated with antibiotics. You should definitely go to see a doctor.
