Carrot: Generally something like a carrot that size will move on downstream. If you are having discomfort from it, you should see a doc and get it evaluated.

If still there, no: If it went down on its own, may have local injury to esophagus which is continuing the feeling of something there. If not, (?Feel it there?), then probably should go to er and get GI assistance in clearance, as can cause perforation / ulceration of esophagus.
