Could air trapped in esophagus be a reason for first few bites getting stuck that i swallow with water. no significant problem during rest of the meal. all esophagus test including motility test are normal?

Air does not get trapped in a normal esophagus. It is not feasible to determine the cause of your symptoms without additional history, examination and may be imaging study. If the matter is of concern, it would be prudent to see a GI specialist. Wish you good health!
