Get him checked.: I would encourage you to contact your health care provider and have your son evaluated now. It is impossible to evaluate this over the internet! if your son is not acting normally, if he's unable to eat, or if he is vomiting, he could have a bowel obstruction, or even a twist in the bowel. I am not trying to alarm you, but abdominal fullness can be an important warning. Go to the er if needed.
