See your doctor: If you suspect at all that you have an infection you absolutely HAVE to go to the emergency room or see your gynecologist ASAP, as infection of the uterus can spread throughout your entire body. It's not worth it to try to "fight" it at home and the treatment is a course of antibiotics. If you've already taken antibiotics, then follow up with your doctor.
