Can look like a lot: Sometimes hemorrhoid bleeding can look like a lot because of the toilet bowl "filling" up with what looks like the whole bowl but it really is just diluted blood. Rarely can some people bleed enough to get anemic from it. If it is a recurrent problem that topical otc creams/suppositories don't help, see a GI specialist to get scoped just to be on the safe side.
