It depends: It depends on your health , your activity level and where you live. A rule of thumb is that men 70 kg weight should drink around 3 l per day whereas women same weight should drink2.2 l.

Daily water intake: I commend you to care for your Health! Amount of daily water intake is based on age, gender, and activity level. It is recommended- eight 8-ounce glasses about 2 liters. Listening to your body and drinking when you feel thirsty is a good way to ensure staying hydrated. Drinking too much water can lead to low levels of sodium in the blood which can cause weakness, confusion, nausea, vomiting.
