Biopsy result?: This is likely not related to the biopsy after 3 months, but that might depend on what the biopsy showed. If you have a breast tumor a bloody discharge is a possible symptom, so to really answer your question i would need to know what kind of biopsy (fine needle, needle core, or open) and what was the diagnosis. Talk to your doctor about the possibilities.
