Minimal: Most likely minimal over the four months. Unless acute angle closure. How was the glaucoma diagnosed and by who? The same optometrist? You might want to get a second opinion.

Not much: Open angle glaucoma, the most common form, is diagnosed based on more than just the eye pressures. Family history, appearance of the optic nerves, high degree of myopia, etc. Are all risk factors. Diagnosis is made after careful history and exam with diagnostic tests. There is usually not much damage in a few months in this form of glaucoma even without treatment.
