Get seen by doctor: Have her seen by her primary care doctor for initial evaluation. She may be having high blood pressure that can be addressed by primary care doctor. If needed appropriate referrals can be made to ear nose and throat doctor or other specialists as needed.

Check blood pressure: Have the blood pressure checked. Headache has many causes, most are not brain tumors. Ask your primary care dr. If ct or MRI of the brain is indicated.
