Dyspnea : Sorry you're not feeling well. You have listed a number of tests that were presumably normal which is good news despite ongoing symptoms. Full history and physical occupational exposures meds family surgical history all needed. At first glimpse I would add full pulmonary function tests / stress echo and cardiology consultation. Trial of bronchodilator therapy and allergy testing. Do you have hives
