Two problems: You have 2 separate problems 1. Pulsatile tinnitus is a rhythmical noise that has the same rate as the heart. This is easily checked by feeling the arm pulse at the same time as listening to the tinnitus. Pulsatile tinnitus is due to a change in blood flow in the vessels near the ear. 2. Tension type headache or frontal headache. Rec.: see your pcp for further investigation and treatment.
