Yes: Flonase is a topical nasal corticosteroid spray designed to be used daily to control allergy symptoms. Oxymetazoline is a nasal spray decongestant that works rapidly to relieve nasal congestion, but should not be used more than several days in a row. Both of these meds can be used on the same day.

Yes: The two medicines should work together. However, don't use afrin (oxymetazoline) more than a few days or you will become dependent on it.
