I have etd can you use both afrin (oxymetazoline) and flonase together?

Yes: Afren is an antihistaminic and Flonase is a nasal steroid. Mechanism of action of both drugs is different so they don't interfere with each other. While Flonase can be used for extended periods ( 2 weeks or more), afrin is not recommended to use more than 5-7 days because of risk of rebound phenomenon.
