I have had an ear infection for a week but now i have a really sore jaw and sometimes my teeth hurt aswell, the pain isn't always there is it related?

Jaw pain: Impossible to know if this was related to your prior ear infection, if in fact it was ear infection. You need to be examined by a doctor and perhaps a dentist as well. This can occur with TMJ, sinusitis, herpes infection and a variety of other conditions. Go and get seen and diagnosed professionally and I hope this clears up soon.
