Natural remedies: I'm sorry you are depressed. Natural therapies can work as well as drugs. My favorite is 5-htp, 200 mg at bedtime. If you haven't been taking vit d then you are deficient, which can cause depression- i advise 10, 000 units a day for 2 weeks, then 5000 units/day. Exercise can help. Eat a healthy diet-avoid sweets & fried foods. Seek social support from friends & family. See comment for a good link!
