You have inflammatio: Your tests indicate inflammation. Sjogren's not associated with high inflammation. Ccp positivity fairly specific for ra. Chronic fatigue is common in both RA and sjogrens. And sjogren's (2') common in ra! responds well to Nuvigil or provigil! have you seen a rheumatology specialist to sort things out?
