Re-evaluate: Mesenteric adenitis is a benign inflammation of the lymph nodes which follow the blood supply of the bowel. Symptoms can include right lower pain, and can be confused for appendicitis. If this diagnosis is made, and symptoms persist for more than 5-7 days, you should have the diagnosis re-considered. Good luck.
