Varies: Although bleeding in the stool can be from endometriosis it is rarely occurring in that the endometrial tissue must penetrate from the abdominal cavity thru the wall of the colon to the mucosal surface. Usually there are obstructive symptoms before one gets bleeding.

Pain : Endometriosis can affect the colon, rectum, appendix and small intestine. Common symptoms are gas, bloating, pain and other digestive issues. Often the symptoms occur cyclically as in synch with menstrual periods.
