Can i develop frozen shoulder after a total shoulder replacment?

Yes: A frozen shoulder can occur after any surgery to the shoulder including a total shoulder. It is important that range of motion is initiated as soon after the surgery as possible to maintain the post-op rom. If the limitations of motion persist a full evaluation of the prosthesis (size, position, possibility of infection) should be performed.
