Adhesive Capsulitis!: Frozen should present with a diminution in to or three spheres of motion representing the shoulders movement: abduction (90'), external rotation (90'), and internal rotation (90'). Frozen shoulder has many causes, but the two most common are inflammatory arthritis (spondylitis or pseudogout) and/or diabetes, where high glucose levels help collagen stiffen by causing crosslinking to occur.
