Had x-ray 1yr ago (back pain) had small spot on rt upper lung, dr said calci. now it hurts there when i take deep breath, fmr smoker, should i worry?

Yes: Suggest repeat cxr as any spot on lung should be followed for stability in its appearance. Also suggest pulmonary function testing due to smoking history.
