Ask your doctor: Metformin, clomid, (clomiphene) and Femara are 3 very common pills that are used for ovulation induction. But sometimes they're not appropriate, and whether they're for you depends on your medical history. I'm not aware of any "pill" you could have taken in the past that would be a contraindication to using Clomiphene (clomid).
