Maybe: The er does a cursory eval to rule out any life threatening issues you need a complete and full history and physical with special labs and if needed imaging such as upper GI or endoscopy. So just becauuse it wasnt found in er doesnt mean its not there.

I am not sure what: Msi is? The er is there for ulcers, appendicitis, emergencies. Stomach issues can take many forms. If upper abdomen, treating reflux may help (generic zantac). If alternating constipation, diarrhea w/ bloating you may have irritible bowel syndrome. It can increase with stress or cause stress. Treating anxiety, mood and sleep may help if ibs, stay regular w/miralax, probiotics may help. Gd luc.

Possibly: It would be ideal to couple up with a family physician, who can follow you over time to see what's really happening.
