I have this achy lower stomach pain going on for weeks. i went to a clinic, and they said it might be constipation, which i do have/diorrhea. blood work came back fine and my physical examination was normal??

Despite the normal physical examination, I'm reluctant to attribute weeks of abdominal discomfort to simple constipation. I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist for accurate diagnosis, appropriate testing and proper treatment.
