Tamsulosin : There is a medicine called tamsulosin that can help pass a small stone as long as your dad is not running fevers or having severe pain. Have him check with his doctor.

Kidney stone: There is nothing that can break a stone naturally. Uric acid stones can be disolved by changing the urine from acid to alkaline but usually you have to taake medication to do it. Tamsulosinonly helps when the stone is passing through the ureter. Tha small a stone will probably pass naturally. Fluids will help.
