Medications?: Are you currently on any medications? Simple over the counter antacids my provide temporary relief and a ppi prescribed by your physician may also help your condition. You can also try making a log of foods that make you sick and foods that you are able to eat. Try avoiding spicy foods, alcohol, coffee, etc. Don't eat with 3 hours before bed. Get tested for h pylori. Avoid Ibuprofen & like meds.

Elimination diet: It sound likely that you may be intolerant to many foods. 2 wks of white rice , lamb and all veggies except night shades(tomatos, eggplant, potatoes , and peppers). It you feel better then it is definately food issues, adding one category of food back each week and seeing if it causes recurrant sx, -if soo don't eat that category, if no pbms then continue to try others.
