I think i had a ringworm on my neck and now i have a lump near my anterior lymph node could this be serious like cancer or something?

Reactive node: The lump is most likely a reactive lymph node that tends to enlarge from pea sized to bean sized when stimulated by such things as skin rashes/bug bites/viruses & the like. They usually stay enlarged while stimulated & recede when not.Takes 3-4 weeks to settle down. Your doc can confirm this.

Unlikely: Ringworm is a type of infection and inflammatory responses can result in swollen lymph nodes which would be e most likely scenario. Additionally any infection in your mouth or throat or sinuses or scratch or cut on your scalp or face could also cause swollen nodes. At 31yo risk of this being related to a cancer is very low. If they persist or grow and become more in number see your doc.
