Phobia and weight: Sorry to hear. Feelings of "constant worry", plus three other symptoms of other manifestations of anxiety, would qualify you for the diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder. Some times when people are really anxious they lose their appetite, and, as a result, they lose weight. Two strategies: 1) get the anxiety treated. 2) rule out a condition called pheochromocytoma. Talk with your doc.

Anxiety?: It sounds like you may be suffering from anxiety causing you to feel fearful and lose your appetite. You should seek the help of your pcp or make an appt. With a psychiatric for an evaluation of your symptoms.
