Good if...: Prognosis is not appreciably affected by degenerative and surgery disc disease. Do you smoke? How is your blood pressure, heart, lung.....? Any history of canccer? Are you taking any medications? Did you have bone density evalauation? Thank you for asking.

Pretty good. : If the surgery was recent, you want to take naprosyn (naproxen) 375. Mg twice a day for 2 weeks to prevent calcification of the implants whereby they no longer move and act like a normal disc. Keep active and consider your diet to prevent a continuing cascade of spine problems. An instructional session with a physical therapist would be beneficial.
