No.: My bias is "no." it is unclear if you have just added topomax to this regimen or not. If so, and if you are scrupulous in making sure that you aren't doped up, confused, etc., it may be alright. I would have a frank discussion with your doctor about this. This combo of four drugs - all of which have potentially sedating effects - is worrisome.
