Would it be safe to take phentermine, topamax, (topiramate) and thermoplus together? i just got a personal trainer and she is totally against me taking phent & top

Weight loss: Topamax (topiramate) can ^ blood levels of Phentermine. I would assume that you are taking the topamax (topiramate) for a legitimate medical indication. Why do you need the thermoplus? Do you really need the phentermine to lose weight? I can understand why your trainer is concerned that you are taking 2 weight loss products. Sometimes less is better. Consider working on weight through healthy eating & physical activity.

Trust your trainer: You are paying for the expertise and experience of a professional - so use it. Furthermore, I think the advice is correct. Medications may have a beneficial, even life-saving use in disease management, but you are not ill. Your body and budget will be much healthier w/out those items. A good exercise and diet plan followed w/ patience and pleasure is the way to go IMHO. Best 2U!
