Pinched nerve?: The symptomes are very vague. Simplist would be a pinched nerve. Does it happen after exertion? Does it happen when you are relaxing? What if anything relieves it? How long does it last? When did you first start noticing it? Do you have any other existing medical conditions? Hypertension, diabetes, etc?

I have a tingling in my left side of my face and head, and now in my left shoulder blade and sometimes my neck and sometimes my left arm.
