Arm swollen sleep on: No you are most likely observing the effects of gravity on fluid accumulation in the dependent arm which does not move when you sleep and gravity never sleeps. Or you may be blocking off the blood and lymph drainage from your arm and it swells. I trust you have not had any surgery on your right arm, been broken or had breast CA surgery on R.
