No: Sternal area discomfort can persist, but usually has declined by 3-4 months. Vein harvest sites in the legs can be a nuisance with healing and numbness but not usually cramps. You probably need a vascular exam. Since you had heart disease, you have some other risk factors and may have something else going on.
