When do you take?: Diagnosis? Lamictal and latuda (lurasidone) for mood stabilization? Both are subtherapeutic dose. Prozac and Wellbutrin are antidepressants and may increase mood variability. Vyvanse is stimulant. Bipolar d/o and ADD overlap as far as symptoms, but rare to have both and treatment very different. All but latuda (lurasidone) can be stimulating and should be taken in am. Please discuss with prescribing doc.
