hey i m 18 and about 2 months ago i was at work and i started to panic for no reason it got so bad to the point were i was shaking and my whole body?

Classic Panic Attack: This is the typical description of a first experience of "panic attack"... Usually reported as "coming from no where" or "right out of the blue". But even if you cannot identify anything threatening about that context, it is possible there was a symbolic threat... And that is something you'd best explore with a well-trained psychotherapist. If you start to dread future attacks, it will get worse!
