Swollen face?: What exactly is the swellign like and where is ti located on the face? Sometimes the submandibular salivary glands swell up or if there is an ectopic salivary gland that may be swollen. Docotrs can order MRI if they have no answer. Is the swelling painful or any other symptoms associated with it?
