If pregnancy symptom: The Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud is a very effective form of birth control, with the pregnancy rate less than 1% a year. Since you have no periods then you need to go by other pregnancy symptoms such as nausea or breast tenderness or needing to urinate frequently that go on for weeks.
