No: Zantac will not intefere with the anxiolytic effect of zoloft (sertraline). If anxiety is coming back talk to your doctor about it.

Drug interactions: There shouldn't be any interactions in between sertraline (zoloft) and ranitidine (zantac) but there are reports of 6 persons having some kind of effect due to the combination: dysarthria (changes in speech) gait disturbance, dizziness, hypotension, TIA (as reported to the site www.Ehealthme.Com) please check with the doctor if an increase in the dose of zoloft is needed to decrease anxiety.
