Psychotherapy: I hear you. Psychotherapy is an important part of the treatment for anxiety. What you learn there can far outlast medication effects. Cbt is extremely helpful in many anxiety disorders, as well as other talk therapies. Also healthy diet, exercise, and daily practices are needed. Please don't rely on pharmaceuticals alone for your recovery -- but changes can be made in those too.
