Is there any clinical condition manifested as hypothyroidism even there's high thyriod level in plasma (assuming hormon receptor complex doesn't work)?

Hypothyroid: Get a free T3 (liothyronine) and free T4 and a TSH test and this should solve the problem. Certain drugs will alter thyroid tests.

Yes, but rare: It has been described, but rarely. Also you can have an abnormality of thyroid binding globulin that can fool some, but not all, thyroid tests. Sometimes thyroid tests point in opposite directions for a period of time due to thyroid inflammation (thyroiditis). This is where you need to ask your doctor and maybe see an endocrinologist.
